GERMANY

  • Standard shipping: €4.95. Free shipping for orders over €49.
  • Delivery time is 2-4 working days.

EUROPEAN UNION

  • Standard shipping within the EU: €9.95. Free shipping for orders over €100.
  • Delivery time is 3-5 working days.

SWITZERLAND

  • Standard shipping to Switzerland: €14.95. Free shipping for orders over €120.
  • Delivery time is 3-5 working days.

WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER?

The order will be delivered to the desired delivery address within 2-5 working days. Delivery is handled by our logistics partner, DHL. Outside Germany, the delivery time is approximately 5-7 days.

CAN I TRACK THE PACKAGE?

Yes, you will receive a tracking number via email after the shipment of the goods, allowing you to track your shipment.

KLARNA INVOICE PURCHASE

Conveniently and securely pay with the purchase on account through our partner Klarna, and pay in 30 days. You will receive an email from Klarna with all payment information such as the payment deadline and purpose. Please transfer the amount listed there to Klarna's specified account details. On the Klarna website or in the Klarna app, you can also view all payment information. Your invoice will be sent to you by email after the shipment of the goods. Therefore, please ensure the accuracy of your email address. The minimum order amount for invoice purchase is €10.

PAYPAL

With PayPal, you pay cashless easily and securely, and you decide whether to pay with your credit card or your linked bank account. Your order will be processed immediately after payment.

CREDIT CARD

Conveniently and risk-free pay with your Visa or MasterCard. We will ask for your credit card details after completing your order. All risk-free with Mastercard SecureCode and Verified by Visa, as well as 3D-Secure.

DEBIT CARD

Conveniently and directly pay with your debit card.

PREPAYMENT

When paying in advance, you transfer the amount within seven calendar days. The goods are reserved for you during this time. After receipt of payment, we will ship your order. Please note that the transfer may take 1 to 2 working days, depending on the bank.

IDEAL

Customers with a bank account at a Dutch bank can pay via iDEAL. With iDEAL, you conveniently pay via online banking: After successful login, your bank will guide you through the payment process. All important purchase data from your shopping cart is transferred to the transfer. Finally, confirm the purchase with a generated TAN.
